ACLS Fellowship for Heike Raphael-Hernandez
01.01.2016Heike Raphael-Hernandez became ACLS Fellow (American Council of Learned Societies). Together with Leigh Raiford (Professor of African American Studies, UC Berkeley) and Cheryl Finley (Professor of History of Art and Visual Studies, Cornell University) she got the opportunity to work over two years on the joint research project "Visualizing Travel, Gendering the African Diaspora". ACLS funded this project in the high six figures.
