The growing recognition that happiness and well-being are linked to sustainability is leading to promising new ways to help teachers understand the relationship between sustainability education and well-being. This presentation explores Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), highlighting its capacity to foster learners’ happiness through purpose, active learning, problem-solving, personal empowerment, and a global perspective.
