Lecture Series "Reading in the Classroom, Learning for the World"
Dr Christian Ludwig is currently Substitute Professor of TEFL at the University of Bielefeld.
Christian Ludwig has a longstanding interest in literature, culture and identity, particularly in reconstructions of gender in literary texts and graphic novels. Much of his research revolves around issues of learner autonomy and digital media in language learning and their implications for classroom practice. He has co-edited books on various subjects, including gender, graphic novels, action research and young adult fiction. He is currently co-editing a volume on reading science fiction and fantasy literature in the classroom.
